What will we do with the information you provide to us?
The information you provide when applying for a role will only be used for the purpose of progressing your application, or to fulfil legal or regulatory requirements if necessary.
We will use the contact details you provide to us to contact you to progress your application. We will use the other information you provide to assess your suitability for the role you have applied for.
The information provided to us, for the purpose of progressing your application through the recruitment process will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Where will we store the information you provide to us?
The information provided to us will be stored securely by Reliance acsn and/or our data processors. Your information will be stored within the European Economic Area.
If you’re application is unsuccessful we will store your personal information for 2 years for the purpose of getting in touch should a more appropriate job role come up after which it will be securely destroyed.
What information do we require?
We will only ask for information that is needed for us to progress your application and suitability for the role you apply for. We require your email address and telephone number to ensure we are able to contact you. For any further information that is requested, you do not need to provide what we ask for but it could affect your application if you do not.
